CleanSlate Storage Solutions LLC (“CleanSlate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit cleanslatepa.com or related pages, submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, request a quote, claim an offer, book a service, rent totes, make a payment, or otherwise communicate with us.
This Privacy Policy is a notice about our data practices. Separate terms, checkout acknowledgments, rental agreements, card-on-file authorizations, and communication consent disclosures may also apply.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, service address, and other contact details you provide.
- Lead form and offer information. Information you submit through our website forms, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, quizzes, claim forms, redemption pages, scheduling pages, or related forms.
- Service and rental information. Details about your requested service, tote rental, moving timeline, pickup and delivery needs, home or garage organization needs, project scope, photos you provide, notes from consultations, and communications with us.
- Payment and transaction information. Payment, checkout, invoice, rental, refund, deposit, card-on-file, fee, and transaction information. Payments are processed by Stripe. CleanSlate does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. If you authorize a card to be kept on file, Stripe may store payment method information or a payment token so we can process authorized charges under the applicable rental or service terms.
- Communications. Emails, text messages, call records, voicemail messages, form submissions, customer service messages, and other communications you send to us or that we send to you.
- Website and device information. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring source, timestamps, click activity, form interaction data, and other usage information.
- Cookies and tracking technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, advertising attribution, retargeting, and checkout.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries, quote requests, lead forms, and offer claims.
- Confirm eligibility, availability, service area, scheduling, delivery, pickup, and tote setup.
- Provide, coordinate, and improve our services and tote rentals.
- Process payments, invoices, refunds, deposits, card-on-file authorizations, and authorized post-rental fees.
- Send service-related communications, including appointment reminders, delivery updates, pickup coordination, claim reminders, booking follow-ups, and customer support messages.
- Send marketing communications where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law.
- Follow up with people who started but did not complete a quote, offer claim, booking, checkout, or rental process.
- Measure advertising performance, improve our ads, and retarget visitors or leads where permitted.
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security incidents.
- Maintain business records, accounting records, and legal compliance records.
- Enforce our agreements, protect our rights, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
3. Email, Phone, and Text Communications
If you provide your contact information, we may contact you about your inquiry, quote request, free tote offer, tote setup, booking, rental, delivery, pickup, payment, account, or related service matter.
We may also send marketing emails where permitted by law or where you have opted in. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.
We may send text messages or make calls where permitted by law and consistent with any consent you have provided. Marketing text messages, automated calls, prerecorded calls, or similar communications may require separate consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages or automated marketing calls is not required to purchase goods or services from CleanSlate.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You can ask us not to call you for marketing purposes by contacting us at the information below.
Commercial emails must comply with CAN-SPAM requirements, including accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a physical postal address, and a clear opt-out mechanism.
4. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with service providers and business partners that help us operate our business, including:
- Website hosting and infrastructure. Hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Security and spam prevention. Tools used to detect automated or abusive form submissions.
- Email and communications. Email platforms, CRM tools, scheduling tools, call tools, SMS platforms, and customer communication providers.
- Lead storage and operational systems. Databases, form tools, rate-limiting tools, workflow tools, and customer management tools.
- Payment processing. Stripe, banks, card networks, fraud prevention tools, and payment processors. Stripe may receive transaction data, contact information, payment method information, and other information needed to process payments, prevent fraud, and provide payment services. - Advertising and analytics. Analytics and advertising providers used for ad measurement, retargeting, website analytics, and user-experience improvement. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising attribution and retargeting, which records visits to the Site and pairs them with Meta accounts; you can opt out through your Meta ad settings. It also includes Microsoft Clarity for anonymized session replay and heatmaps, which captures no personal identifiers.
- Professional advisors. Accountants, attorneys, insurers, consultants, and other advisors.
- Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of CleanSlate, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information. We may use advertising, analytics, and measurement tools to understand how people interact with our Site and ads, measure ad performance, and improve our services.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or archive it.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on our use of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain uses of personal information, such as targeted advertising or certain disclosures.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
You may ask us not to call you for marketing purposes by contacting us.
We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as required by law.
