We Bring the Totes to You
Your heavy-duty totes arrive at your door on the day you picked, with labels, a marker, and zip ties for every tote. Skip the store run and the box assembly entirely.

You Pack and Move
Pack up the totes, move them to your new place, and unpack on your own schedule. They’re yours for two full weeks.

Frequently asked questions.
What if I need the totes longer than two weeks?
Extend by the week at each package's weekly rate. We send a reminder before pickup and you can add weeks in a reply.
What if I need more totes mid-rental?
We can drop off additional totes on request, subject to availability. Each additional tote is $7, plus a $35 re-delivery fee within Lancaster County. Additional totes return at the same pickup time as the rest of your stack.
How heavy can I pack them?
Each XL tote is rated for 100 pounds and stacks five high. Lids latch, handles are molded on every side, and our dolly moves four at a time.
Do you deliver outside Lancaster County?
Deliveries outside Lancaster County are custom-quoted. Reach out with the address and we will quote any delivery and pickup surcharge before booking. Everything else about the rental stays the same.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before scheduled delivery. Within 72 hours of delivery, a $50 restock fee applies to the card on file. After delivery (totes returned unused), a $99 restocking fee applies. Reach out as soon as plans change and we will work it out.
What happens if I damage a tote?
Everyday scuffs are expected. Structural damage or missing totes are charged to the card on file at $30 each. We will call you before any charge.
